About Richard Hudspith, Clinical Somatic Educator
An educator with a variety of international teaching experience, Richard has explored Somatic movement for over 10 years. He has training in Somatic Experiencing, a form of trauma training, Hanna Somatic Education and is a certified Hatha & Somayog teacher.
Richard is inspired by the Somatic perspective of less is more. He encourages students to be attentive and mindful in class; through this process, students discover greater body awareness.
Using the techniques of Clinical Somatic Education, students learn to reduce muscular pain, improve their posture as well as move more functionally in their body.
