Terms and Conditions

Pricing does not include HST, unless otherwise specified.

Passes and memberships may be redeemed for either virtual or in-studio classes, unless otherwise stipulated.

Seniors (60+) receive 10% off monthly auto-renew memberships upon request. Must be purchased in person and with valid ID.

Students (16+) receive 10% off class passes and memberships upon request. Must be purchased in person with valid student ID.

Military members receive a 10% discount off class passes, monthly memberships and workshops upon request. Must be purchased in person and with valid ID.

All participants must be over 16 unless the class is designated as Family or for children. Participants between ages 16 and 18 must have parental approval.

** Terms of Monthly Auto Renew (Beyond Benefits Member) Memberships:

• Minimum 3 month initial commitment + monthly automatic billing every 30 days
• Option to place your Auto Renew Membership on hold after your initial 3 month commitment has been completed. Your hold request can be made once during the calendar year for a minimum of 14 days to a maximum of three months. This Beyond Benefit is only available to our Auto Renew Members.
• 30 days written notification from the autopayment date is required to cancel the Auto Renew Membership.

Monthly Auto Renew Members (Beyond Benefits Member) receive:

• 10% discount on Halfmoon and Love My Mat products
• Special member pricing on all Workshops, Specialty Classes & Special Events
• Special member rate for Personal Training with Beyond Boutique Fitness
• 3 Complimentary passes to share with friends and family (one time offer)
• Automatic entry in our monthly draw to win a $50 gift certificate

Student Summer Sale Pass is available to students aged 18 – 25 and provides unlimited access to all regularly scheduled in-studio evening and weekend classes from June 1 through August 31, 2026. This pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and there are no extensions, holds, exchanges, or credits.  Please note that specialty classes or workshops requiring an additional fee are not included. The pass expires on August 31, 2026.

10 Class Pass expires 12 months from date of purchase.

The Introductory Offer is valid for purchase just once for anyone who has never been to our studio. Activation begins with first class. Expires 12 months from date of purchase. Good for use on all regular virtual, and in-studio classes.

Memberships and multi-class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable and unused classes do not accrue. If you are unable to use your purchase due to medical or other reasons please contact us at info@beyondyogaottawa.com.

All workshops are non-refundable within 5 days of the start of the program. You may arrange for an alternate person to take your place. Medical exceptions can be made on a one-to-one basis.

Yoga teacher training refund policy: Refunds minus $50 administration fee available up to seven days before the start of the program. After that date no refunds or exchanges.

No refunds available on retail products.
