How Reiki Helps
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on energy healing practice that helps calm the nervous system and restore balance in the body.

Reiki is a safe, non-invasive complementary therapy that can be used alongside conventional medical care, including during recovery from injury, surgery, or ongoing treatment. No prior experience is needed—simply come as you are and allow yourself to rest.
What to Expect During a Session
- Your session will take place in a quiet, comfortable studio space designed to help you fully relax.
- Sessions are given by Julia Rose, a certified Reiki Master and experienced yoga instructor.
- You will remain fully clothed, resting on a treatment table
- Sessions involve gentle, light touch
- There is no pressure, manipulation, or massage
- Soft lighting and a calming atmosphere support deep rest

Reiki for Children
Reiki can be especially supportive for children, offering a gentle and calming way to help regulate their nervous system and feel more at ease. Sessions are shorter and adapted to each child’s comfort level.

Adult Reiki Session (60 minutes)
$145 + HST
A full-length session to support deep relaxation, nervous system regulation, and overall balance.
Adult Reiki Alignment Series (3 Sessions of 60 minutes each)
$390 + HST
A 3-session Reiki series designed to support deeper energetic alignment, nervous system balance, and lasting integration. Receiving Reiki over time allows your body and energy system to settle more fully, helping to release tension, restore balance, and create more sustainable shifts.
Children’s Reiki Session (30 minutes)
$85 + HST
A shorter, gentle session tailored to the needs and comfort of children.

About Julia

Julia Rose is a certified Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui System of Natural Healing, offering deeply calming and restorative energy healing sessions. She is passionate about supporting others in their healing, growth, and overall well-being, and creates a warm, grounded space where clients can fully relax and reset. She is known for her calm presence and thoughtful, supportive approach.
Alongside her Reiki practice, Julia has been teaching yoga and meditation since 2018, with training in Hatha and Yin yoga. Julia also brings a background in professional coaching and change management consulting, supporting individuals and organizations through meaningful growth and transformation.
