Restore & Align Yoga 

We begin with the breath, always, the very basis of our yoga practice. We will then focus on strengthening the respiratory system and the deep core muscles. The legs and lower back will feel so wonderfully stretched and strengthened. To finish this practice there will be chanting and meditation. This class is accessible to everyone. Please note hands-on adjustments are offered in this class. Props: Yoga mat, stretch band, yoga strap, belt or scarf, bolsters or cushions, blocks and blankets.
