Passes and memberships may be redeemed for either virtual or in-studio classes, unless otherwise stipulated.
Seniors (60+) receive 10% off monthly auto-renew memberships upon request. Must be purchased in person and with valid ID.
Military members receive a 10% discount off class passes, monthly memberships and workshops upon request. Must be purchased in person and with valid ID.
All participants must be over 16 unless the class is designated as Family or for children. Participants between ages 16 and 18 must have parental approval.
** Terms of Monthly Auto Renew (Beyond Benefits Member) Memberships:
- Minimum 3 month initial commitment + monthly automatic billing every 30 days
- Option to place your Auto Renew Membership on hold after your initial 3 month commitment has been completed. Your hold request can be made once during the calendar year for a minimum of 14 days to a maximum of three months. This Beyond Benefit is only available to our Auto Renew Members.
- 30 days written notification from the autopayment date is required to cancel the Auto Renew Membership.

10 Class Pass expires 12 months from date of purchase.
The Introductory Offer is valid for purchase just once for anyone who has never been to our studio. Activation begins with first class. Expires 12 months from date of purchase. Good for use on all regular virtual, and in-studio classes.
Half-Price Evening Drop In Class: This Drop-In Class Pass is valid for one time use for any class on our class schedule during the evening hours (5:00 pm to 9:00 pm) from Monday to Thursday, and is valid from October 23, 2024 to November 30, 2024 only. This pass will expire after November 30, 2024. This pass is non-refundable, non-transferable, and there are no extensions, holds, exchanges, or credits. This pass is not valid for specialty classes/workshops that indicate an extra fee is required.
Memberships and multi-class passes are non-refundable and non-transferable and unused classes do not accrue. If you are unable to use your purchase due to medical or other reasons please contact us at info@beyondyogaottawa.com.
All workshops are non-refundable within 5 days of the start of the program. You may arrange for an alternate person to take your place. Medical exceptions can be made on a one-to-one basis.
Yoga teacher training refund policy: Refunds minus $50 administration fee available up to seven days before the start of the program. After that date no refunds or exchanges.
No refunds available on retail products.
Administration fee for a replacement card is $5.00.
