About your trainer:

Andy is a certified Personal Trainer and Gym Instructor with the Fitness Institute of Australia as part of their Diploma of Sport program.

He has spent 20 years in the industry, travelling the world and working all over Canada before finally settling down for the past 8 years here in Ottawa. He has continued studies, getting a host of certifications with the National Academy of Sports Medicine, U.S.A Weightlifting, and many others covering a very broad range of disciplines to ensure variety and knowledge to your goals and workouts.

Andy was a junior athlete, playing 1st Division Rugby and athletics in Australia, before a cancer diagnosis and treatment got him into coaching. He loves to train any age, background, or experience level, but has a special interest in restoring strength and movement to aging populations, creating faster, flexible and pain free bodies that can take their workouts into their everyday lives.
