Reiki is an ancient practice of energy work that enhances the natural healing process. It is a healing art rediscovered in the middle 1800’s in Japan. Reiki is a gentle method that can promote healing, reduce stress and ease pain. It works on the whole person, balancing energy in the body, mind and spirit, thereby boosting the body’s innate healing abilities. Reiki is a natural and safe method of energy healing that anyone can use.
Reiki I
Offered in progression of Reiki I, II and Masters Level, Reiki I will provide you with powerful tools for personal growth and healing skills. You will learn how to use reiki for yourself and others. These skills can be shared profesionally, privately or you can combine them with skills you already have.

Reiki is easy and quick to learn. Use it regularly and it will change your life. You can’t beat that!

Reiki is passed from master to student regardless of background, ability, age or spiritual belief. Anyone can work with Reiki, assisting the healing of themselves and others.
Reiki Level I Includes:
- Reiki session instruction
- Discussion
- Demonstration
- Hands on practice

*A Reiki attunement is an energetic process, a specific ritual that opens up your energy system, allowing you to channel Reiki energy. Using specific techniques and practices including Reiki symbols, breath and mediation, Lisa, a skilled Reiki master, opens up her energy pathways and then follows through with a powerful and yet gentle ritual to open your energy system and “tune you to the Reiki channel”. These reiki attunements will permanently open your energy pathways, allowing reiki to flow freely and abundantly. This is a very special experience.
Classes are kept small and include a detailed 50 page manual and your Reiki I certificate.

About Lisa Nanni
Advanced Practitioner in Eden Energy Medicine, authorized Eden Method Teacher, Reiki Master & Certified Kundalini Yoga and EMYoga Teacher.
For over 35 years as an educator, I’ve been tuning in to the energy patterns of possibility and potential, health and vitality, and sharing these through teaching. I enjoyed my studies in Education, Marine Biology and Computers from McGill University in Montreal. Given the time, I would have kept going, as I love learning. I’ve been passionately weaving in my world of energy into all teaching areas from skiing to swimming, elementary school to high school, Reiki classes to Yoga classes, and a variety of energy and nature-based courses in between. As both an educator and avid learner, I’ve been complimenting my knowledge base with continuing education on all things related to energy, unified physics, and the natural world.
