Sylvie brings a wealth of experience in teaching, consulting, and presenting in the field of yoga and holistic health. A self-published author of two books on yoga, she led yoga teacher training programs for 17 years, guiding numerous certification programs and helping students and future teachers deepen their understanding of yoga and holistic living.
Having created and held space for a thriving wellness community through her own yoga studio, Sylvie brings valuable experience in nurturing and promoting holistic offerings. At Beyond, Sylvie manages the Teacher Training programs and oversees the promotion of our workshops, trainings, and special events.
